The Metro Service Council of Portland, Oregon, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to provide access to outdoor skills and knowledge by following the methods and aims developed by Robert Baden-Powell’s scouting program and to provide a venue for coordinating shared goals and finances among chartered groups of the Outdoor Service Guides, U.S., active in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties, Oregon.
